BUTTON IMAGES		We refer to images that appear on a button as 'artwork.' In today's electronic world most artwork is now prepared as a computer file. Although we prefer electronic files, we can still work from the old 'black on white' hard copy. If you are submitting artwork on a disk, it must be PC compatible and there is a $5 'pre-flight' charge; if you are submitting black-on-white hard copy, we reserve the right to evaluate it as to suitability and determine the need for an art surcharge. OTHER INFORMATION		Our payment policy is 50% down at the time an order is placed, and the balance is payable upon delivery. Other arrangements to payment must be made in advance. Production time is eight working days. Rush service is available at an additional charge.
